Lance Stephenson
Co-FounderNBA veteran and Indianapolis native. Lance brings elite-level experience and a deep connection to the city's basketball culture. His journey from the playgrounds to the pros embodies the Born Ready spirit.
Greg Foster
Co-FounderA driving force behind BRP's vision. Greg bridges the gap between competition and community with relentless dedication, building the infrastructure that makes every event possible.

The Format
Each BRP event features a full slate of action known as the "Event Card" — a combination of at least 6 games with built-in opportunities for sponsor activations, giveaways, and fan engagement.
One-on-one battles played to 30 points with 2s and 3s. Pure skill, no hiding.
Two-on-two action played to 40 points. Chemistry and talent collide.
Three-on-three competition played to 50 points. Full-court energy, half-court game.
